Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers modern rooms with basic amenities and some vintage touches, but the cleaning service only happens upon request. The service could be improved to deliver better customer care. The location is superb, in downtown Savannah within walking distance of historical sites, but lacks recommended activities. The dining experience features delicious doughnuts but may need more variety. The facilities are satisfactory.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated and offered a good variety to choose from, free from any unnecessary furnishings. Housekeeping only came upon request, including fresh towels and a roll of toilet paper. The services were pleasant, with nice perks like free snacks and coffee, but I felt that the customer service could have been more attentive. The location was convenient, just across the street from the Greyhound bus station, making it easy to explore the historical district of Savannah. The dining experience was enjoyable with a selection of delicious donuts, although I wish they had more options available. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
